Dual Phase Extraction Systems

Dual Phase Extraction Systems are often more effective at removing contaminates in sites where the soil is dense or clay-based. The extraction wells are sunk below the water table into the saturated zone.

Strong vacuum is applied through the extraction wells to simultaneously remove groundwater and vapors for the subsurface. Once above ground, the extracted vapors and groundwater are separated and treated for removal of contaminates.
